Well, this entry is going to be totally short because I have to leave in like...a couple of minutes. 

So, anyways, I was wondering--does ANYONE know of some kick-ass movies I can watch? I've been feeling deprived lately. I'm pretty much up for any kind of movie recommendation...I'm not a huge fan of movies of the romantic comedy persuasion, but I can stand them. I was forced to watch High School Musical 2 with my little sister last night, and I'm starved of quality entertainment. 

Yeah, so if you could leave a comment about a good movie, it would be MUCH appreciated.

Yeah, this is my first entry. I know that that was a completely captivating first sentence, too. Honestly, I have no idea what to write in these things. I'm always second-guessing myself; like, is it weird to list totally random facts about myself? For example: Hi, my name's Irene. I love pineapples and indie rock.

Now, how LAME did that sound to you? Really lame, right?

Another option is to simply ramble on about meaningless things, like I'm doing right now. Or, I could try to start a debate, or something, but I seriously doubt anyone's reading my entries. Also, I'm not good at debating. Just ask anyone at the Debate Team at my school. (I quit after three meetings)

So, I suppose I'll just tell you things that you probably don't care about, but are pretty awesome nonetheless:  

favorite show:  Arrested Development. It totally blows that it got cancelled. I mean, what were they thinking? That show was brilliant, man. 

favorite movie: Little Miss Sunshine.

favorite band: Hm...that's hard to say. Probably The Beatles, although it changes all the time. Led Zeppelin and The Clash are a few other faves.
favorite actor: The late Heath Ledger. That man was amazing.

favorite actress: I'm not really sure. Maybe Allison Janney? She's insanely hilarious.

That's enough for now, because I can totally tell your eyes are glazing over from sheer boredom.
